1.The Warm room is based off of Erickson's Trust vs. Mistrust stage of psychosocial development. Children develop relationships early on by deciphering who they can and cannot trust. A lack of adequate care can lead to children having trust issues later in their lives with other peers and adults.
2.The Silly room is based off of Erickson's Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt stage of psychosocial development. Children develop greater physical independence during this stage. One example would be using the restroom, but on the other side if children don't develop greater physical independence they wind up with feelings of shame and doubt.
3.The Social Salamander room is based off of Erickson's Initiative vs. Guilt stage of psychosocial development. Children start to develop more social abilities at this stage in their life. If children don't have social interactions with their peers or are criticized for doing so they will feel like a burden and lack self initiative

Succeeding leads to the feelings of confidence within their academic abilities, while failure leads to feelings of inferiority.
5.The Jungle Explorer room is based off of Piaget's Sensorimotor stage of cognitive development. Young children start to explore their environments using their senses. Children also realize that their actions have consequences within the world around them.
6.The Imagination room is based off of Piaget's Preoperational stage of cognitive development. Children start to think symbolically during this phase of their lives. one indicator of this stage is the beginning of pretend play
7.The Logical Lizard room is based off of Piaget's concrete operational stage of cognitive development. During this phase of their lives young children start to begin thinking logically. Children's thinking becomes more logical, but it is still very concrete.
8.The compassion caterpillar room is based off of Piaget's formal operational stage of cognitive development. This phase of a child's life is when abstract thought starts to emerge. Children start to think about more abstract things such as politics, moral, and ethics within their daily lives.
9.Our building features are designed around Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Our building is based on the three lowest levels, the first one being physiological. This means that before other needs can be met one must first have food, shelter, and water. Our building ensures these needs are met to the best of our abilities.
10. Our building is also based off of Maslow's safety section from within his hierarchy of needs. This can be fulfilled after physiological needs are met, and our facility spares no expense on the safety of your child. Safety is ranked higher within Maslow's hierarchy of needs, which is why we take such great care in ensuring your child is as safe as possible.
11. Our building also is based upon Maslow's love/belonging section of his heirarchy. Our facility makes sure to hire only the best caregivers who can provide the most intimate and enriching relationships with your children. This need can only be met once psyiological and safety needs are met first according to Maslow's theory. This is why we make sure to provide as much resources and care as we can for the person who matters most, your child.
